Brokers/Agents Open House brings the most effective group of folks into

timelines and dates, contacting escrow and title,
providing feedback from agents and potential buyers, to
staging and marketing your home, Joe's attention to the
backend of your transaction allows Kurt to focus on
finding you the perfect home or perfect buyer for your

also provide complimentary professional photography of
your home to insure the maximum results. We have also
invested in a state-of-the-art laser color printer so we
can build, modify and print flyers and marketing pieces
at a moments notice.
We have even been known to help clean houses, mow yards,
wash windows, touch-up paint, wait at house for
contractors, and numerous other ways to help you “get
the job done”. We recently rescued a cat from a second
story window ledge!
